Natures Natural Cures

Natures Natural Cures. To Many people this is a very familiar and comforting phrase. We think of our Grandmother or Mother running to the kitchen and grabbing some supplies out of the cupboard to fix our discomfort. Did she run and get the Fennel our of the spice rack for a cup of tea to repair the damage you did to your stomach after that wonderful Sunday Dinner? Maybe she put the Parsley on your plate for you to eat AFTER dinner, what a wonderful breath freshener and loaded with iron that is easily absorbed into your system. When it was cold outside did you see her sprinkle something red into your shoes that kept your feet warm even on the coldest days (Cayenne Pepper). When you had a very sore throat did she make you gargle with Garlic Oil only for you to realize that almost all the hurt was gone before you even finished? When you saw her get the honey out was it to cook with or to heal with? How did she know that Cinnamon would take away the sting from cuts and scrapes and also disinfect as well as make the best apple pie ever? Did you know that the Dandelion leaves she put in her salad would help Grandpa with his high blood pressure? What about that great cup of Green Tea you just fixed yourself? Did you think to put the tea bag in the refrigerator to put on your eyes in the morning to remove the puffiness of the nights sleep? Did you know that your spice rack is a first aid kit?
